(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The 2017 Olympic Day will be organised by the Oman Olympic Committee (OOC) on December 15.
A decision was taken during the meeting of the Oman Sport and Active Society Committee (OSASC) of the OOC under the chairmanship of Khalid al Adi, the OSASC chairman.
The committee reviewed several issues and approved the holding of the Olympic Day programme. The meeting discussed the various events to be held on the Olympic Day that will also include organising traditional games.
The Olympic Day is open to all and will be held at the Burj Al Sahwa Park in Muscat and at Al Dhahreez beach in Salalah.
