(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- An event titled, 'International Conference on Trends of Innovative Mathematics Curricula - Highlights on Early Mathematics Education' was held under the patronage of Hilal bin Ali al Hinai, secretary general of The Research Council.
During the conference, a series of lectures on mathematics curricula were presented, including a lecture by H E Dr Hamoud al Harthy, Undersecretary in the Ministry of Education.
The conference was organised by the Omani Mathematical Committee. It was held at Sultan Qaboos University in celebration of the third Omani Mathematics Day.
