Egypt's Housing Ministry to offer lands for real estate sector
(MENAFN) Housing Minister proclaimed that his ministry will support the real estate sector amid offering large and medium-sized areas of lands with basic facilities.
Accordingly, the ministry aims to attract foreign investment, particularly from Arab nations, to co-op in the establishment of new real estate projects.
Meanwhile, the New Administrative Capital project will involve many ministries and the cabinet headquarters, as well as a diplomatic district for embassies and firms.
In addition, the first phase of the project will be built on an area of 12.000 acres, with estimated investments of almost EGP60bn.
