Biomass energy is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. As Europe continues to tighten their emission standards over the next decade, demand for biomass fuel for power plants will quadruple in the next decade.

Given the increased demand, new biomass energy - wood pellet plants - are sprouting up in the North Eastern and the Southern States, most of which have been built to supply fuel to power plants in Europe, with multiyear contracts signed for purchase of all their production, even before the plants have started their production.

Recent studies indicate that while several plants are in the works in North America, as well as in Europe and Asia, demand will still out run capacity even when all plants are operational.

Our project is to Equity Fund a study to set up a Wood Pellet Plant in South Eastern USA, with a production of a million tons of wood pellets per annum.

Estimate cost of the study will be US$500,000.00, and projected cost for the plant is expected to reach US$2 million, with loans to cover all additional costs.

The Project will be established as a REIT, with the General Partner retaining 10% Equity in the Project.
