Army plane evacuates Jordanian family from Saudi Arabia

Amman, July 9 (Petra) -- Under directives by His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat instructed commander of the Royal Air Force to dispatch a medical evacuation plane on Monday to Saudi Arabia to bring back home a Jordanian family that suffered a road accident in Arar, northern Saudi Arabia.

The plane, provided with a specialized medical staff from the Royal Medical Services, evacuated the family of Ibrahim Ahmad Mohammad Qaba'a, and transferred them to the King Hussein Medical Centre for follow up on their health condition and further treatment.
