Fashion designer confesses beating murdered French nanny

(MENAFN) A fashion designer, originally from Algeria, who claimed responsibility for killing a French au pair in London, has collapsed while providing proof at her trial.

The jury heard from her ex-boyfriend, who called her a "manipulative" liar, who likely had unsteady mood swings.

Sabrina Kouider, aged 35, had sworn on the Quran to speak"the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth" at the Central Criminal Court, the Old Bailey in London.

The corpse of Sophie Lionnet, aged 21, who came from the French Troyes town, was discovered burning on a bonfire in the back yard of Kouider's house in Southfields, south-west London.
