(MENAFN) The Daily Star posted on its website a report that confirmed Lebanese Speaker Nabih Berri to have raised concerns over a potential strike the US might launch against Syria.
The report said, citing the Lebanon's speaker, that in case the dangerous implications of such a move did occur, it will receive funds from "the pockets of Arabs and their wealth."
Lebanese speaker Berri then warned that "the result of the war will be negative and destructive to their future."
The statement has come as a response to reports that claimed the US to be considering a military attack in Syria after allegations emerged of a chemical attack to have struck in Douma.
