Nicaragua police arrests suspect of New York college student murder case


(MENAFN) The New York declared that a male suspect of killing a Binghamton University student,who went back to his native Nicaragua,was detained,in New York city.

The suspect,Orlando Tercero aged 22,who had both citizenship,went on a flight to Nicaragua reportedly after murdering Haley Anderson aged 22,who was a student at Binghamton's Decker School of Nursing.

Nicaraguan authorities confirmed that Tercero had been arrested and handed over to an El Chipote jail,40 miles southwest of the capital,Managua.

The victim was found dead at Tercero's bed in his off-campus house.
