UN demands 20 day truce amid Syria's massacre

(MENAFN) The UN Security Council's decision was to call for a 20-day agreement in Syria.

The decision was made in order to stop the consistent air attacks and bombing on Damascus, the Syrian capital, which caused the death of over 22 people and an uncountable number of injuries , while the fatalities rose up to 500, with children and women among them.

The random air attacks on different outskirts left 22 deaths while ten of them were in the suburb of Douma, according to The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The alleged White Helmets, the Syrian Civil Defense's resistance group, declared the death of another 23 people.
