Scott assumed the VP of Sales at RHSI in 2012. In 2012, Scott's resume included; Regional Director of Sales for Raymond Corp, Raymond National Account Manager, Vice President of Sales at Penngate and Sales Manager at Northwest Handling.
Since joining RHSI in 2012, the Sales and Systems departments have experienced enormous growth under Scott's leadership. In 2012 the Sales and Systems departments combined revenue was $31 million. The projected revenue trend for 2018fy is $118 million, a 262% increase in revenue over the last 6 years. Along with tremendous revenue growth, the Sales department continues to enjoy outstanding market share and is a leader in this category in the Raymond Dealer network.
Scott has pioneered and led the development of several key initiatives that have helped fuel the Company's growth. Scott introduced Usage Truck Ownership plans to our market, developed the iWarehouse/Fleet Management department, established a stronger management structure for the Systems department including launching the Dock and Door Division, re-alignment of the sales territories to account base and re-vamping the Business Development Sales program.
There is no doubt without Scott's leadership; the Sales and Systems departments would not be where it is today. Scott has been an invaluable asset to our organization and I rely on him as a business partner in managing the both and HSI.
