Qatar- Junior section of MES holds winter day camp

The Junior Section of MES Indian School with an objective of inducing dynamism and improving the level of energy and enthusiasm among the students conducted a two-day Winter Day Camp for students and teachers alike on December 13 and 14.

As a part of the Qatar National Day celebrations, a string of fun filled events were organised calling for the active participation of enthusiastic students of grades starting from classes I to IV under the guidance of teachers of Junior Section.

Activities on offer for various categories included cultural representations, salad dressing, songs, dance performances, craft work, literary activities, cooking without fire and kite flying catering for the multitude of talents that kids can demonstrate by selecting activities of their choice.

In the KG Section of the school, the winter camp for the tiny tots was conducted on December 20 and 21 with an objective of involving their maximum participation in all the fun filled activities.

A total of 100 students participated in various activities such as, art of folding, show and speak about one object and clay modeling.

Kids were also taken out to see the ready to harvest produce of organic garden grown just in front of the section.

Various games and enriching activities were conducted on both the days of the camp for KG students.
