(MENAFN - Jordan News Agency) Amman, Dec. 8 (Petra) -- Tajikistan ambassador to Jordan Zubaydullah Zubaydov, Friday, said that there are a plenty of promising cooperation fields between Jordan and his country, particularly in the economic, investment and social fields.
Jordan, he said, is a central and important state in the Middle East due to its a strategic important location and its balanced foreign policy.
Ahead of the Tajik President Imam Ali Rahman's official visit to Jordan tomorrow, the ambassador told Petra that : " We appreciate efforts of Jordan in realizing peace and security in the region, as the Kingdom has launched initiatives at the levels of the United Nations, Arab League and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.
"We look forward to this historic visit as a new milestone for outstanding bilateral ties and there are several draft bilateral agreements expected to be signed during President Rahman's visit", said the envoy.
The agreements, he said, would boost cooperation in the economic and trade domains, attract investments and tourists. He also pointed out conditions conducive to develop cooperation in energy, water and agro-processing.
