Meanwhile, India's Supreme Court is hearing its first 'love jihad' case. Shafin Jahan of Kerala has challenged the state HC's annulment of his marriage to Hadiya, formerly Akhila.

Akhila's kin have alleged Shafin has terrorist links. The NIA recently confirmed he has been found to be associated with ISIS operatives.

However, Hadiya insists she wants to go back to her husband.
