(MENAFN - Morocco World News) Rabat – Two people were killed and five others injured, two seriously, in a road accident on Sunday morning in the highway linking Khemisset to , near the Sidi Allal Bahrawi tollway, a locality near Rabat, said local authorities.
The accident took place at 7.00 a.m. when a taxi collided with another vehicle, killing the taxi's two passengers and wounding five others who were rushed by the civil defence ambulance to the Tiflet provincial hospital.
The victims' bodies were sent to the city's morgue, they added. An investigation was opened to shed light on the circumstances of this accident, they said.
