Flare Separator With A Capacity Of 90 Cubic Meters

(MENAFN- RCTT) OKB "Akademicheskoe" offers consumers a Flare separators with a capacity of 90 cubic meters, including the development of unique design documentation, production and supply of products for oil residue processing units under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude in a distribution services agreement. Description Flare condensate separators are used in the oil and gas industry to separate liquids (condensate) from gas streams in flare systems. These devices ensure efficient condensate removal, preventing it from entering the flare system and ensuring safe operation. Several leading manufacturers specialize in the production of these devices on the global market.
Major global manufacturers of flare condensate separators:
1. Schlumberger (USA
- Features: Schlumberger offers a wide range of equipment for the oil and gas industry, including separation systems for flare units.
2. Frames Group (Netherlands)
- Features: Frames Group develops and manufactures condensate collection and processing systems, including flare separators.
3. Pietro Fiorentini (Italy)
- Features: The company offers gas and liquid separation solutions, including flare separators for the oil and gas industry.
Flare separators are designed to collect condensate from emergency discharges from the delayed coking unit of oil residues.
Working medium - hydrocarbon condensate.
Working pressure - 0.1 MPa
Working medium temperature - 254 degrees.
Volume - 90m3, Weight - 16100 kg. The separator is designed to collect condensate from emergency discharges from the delayed coking unit of oil residues. The separator is a horizontal cylindrical vessel consisting of a shell and two elliptical bottoms, installed on supports. The following are welded into the separator shell: gas inlet pipe (DN 1200 mm), gas outlet pipes (DN 900 mm), pump degassing pipe (DN 25 mm), condensate outlet pipe (DN 200 mm), drainage pipe (DN 80 mm), pressure meter pipe (DN 50 mm), pressure take-off pipe (DN 50 mm), nitrogen inlet pipe (DN 50 mm), level gauge pipes (DN 50 mm), manhole (DN 500 mm), air vent (DN 80 mm). A drainage pipe (DN 50 mm) is welded into the left bottom. A pipe for a thermocouple (DN 50 mm) is welded into the right bottom. Remote chambers of level gauges are provided for installation of level control devices. Slinging devices are welded to the separator, allowing slinging during loading, unloading and installation works. Grounding elements are welded to the separator supports. The separator body is heat-insulated during installation by the operating organization.
Information on flare separators is posted in the Album of promising developments of the NAS of Belarus organizations for the real sector of the economy (2023) p. 138. and the Catalogue "Brands of the NAS of Belarus 2021–2022: a list of the most important developments of the NAS of Belarus p. 99.
