Prince Omar Crowns Winners Of 2026 Aqaba Esports Championship
Prince Omar attended the closing ceremony of the tournament's second edition, organised by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) in cooperation with the Jordan Esports Federation at the Wadi Rum Visitors Centre, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The event brought together around 210 players from across southern Jordan, alongside esports specialists and enthusiasts.
Preliminary rounds were held over two days at Aqaba Digital Village, featuring“strong” competition in both“FC26” and“Counter Strike 2”, before finalists advanced to the championship rounds hosted in Wadi Rum.
In the“Counter Strike 2” competition, Team NG5 secured first place, followed by Team ATOMIC in second and Team MINES in third.
In the” FC26” category, Ali Dmour claimed first place, while Hamed Khalili finished second and Yazan Khleifat came third.
