Explosion In Cherkasy Leaves One Dead

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to the Cherkasy Regional Police, the blast occurred at around 20:30 on March 14.

Preliminary information indicates that one person was killed.

Investigators, bomb disposal experts, a forensic laboratory and other emergency services are working at the scene.

Authorities are establishing the circumstances of the explosion and the identity of the deceased. A legal classification of the incident will be determined once the investigation progresses.

Earlier, on March 3, a man was killed and his wife injured in Kharkiv after an unidentified object detonated near the entrance of an apartment building.
