Capital Power Declares Dividends For Its Common And Preference Shares


(MENAFN- GlobeNewsWire - Nasdaq) EDMONTON, Alberta, March 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors for Capital Power Corporation (“Capital Power”) (TSX: CPX) declared a dividend of $0.6910 per share on the outstanding common shares for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2026.

The Board of Directors also declared the following dividends on its Cumulative Rate Reset Preference Shares:
