Zelensky On Situation In Kyiv: If Capital Requests, State Provides Maximum Assistance
"There is a difficult situation in the capital. I would like Kubrakov, if there is any joint work with the capital, to help and focus on assisting the capital. But all authority lies with the mayor, so if they want the state to help, we will help to the maximum," Zelensky said.
As previously reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with Oleksandr Kubrakov the results of the winter season and preparations for the next winter.

The capital was given additional time to prepare the relevant substantive documents.
"As of today, Kyiv was not ready, just as it was not ready for this winter. It must be prepared in time for the next one and fulfill every task," he emphasized.
He noted that every city and every community must be ready for any scenario next winter and capable of providing real support to people.
Zelensky also added that the government, the Ministry of Defense, and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "have received the necessary tasks and will help the regions prepare."
