Parents Urged To Keep Children Home For Garangao: MOI
Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MOI) has emphasized the importance of parents ensuring that children do not go out to celebrate 'Garangao Night'.
The Ministry urged citizens, residents and visitors to stay indoors and only go out in cases of absolute necessity.
Garangao celebrations, which were scheduled to take place on March 3 at popular tourist hotspots - Old Doha Port, Katara, Souq Waqif - have been cancelled by the organisers in consideration of the current circumstances.
