Moh Reports One Fatality, 32 Injuries Amid Ongoing Regional Developments

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, March 1 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that one fatality and 32 injured cases were received through the emergency department at Al-Adan Hospital, where medical teams immediately began handling the cases with the highest levels of readiness.
Official spokesperson of the ministry Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 15 cases were transferred to Jaber Al-Ahmad Hospital to complete specialized medical care, while the remaining cases continued to receive treatment at Al-Adan Hospital.
He added that five cases were admitted to operating rooms at Al-Adan Hospital to undergo the necessary surgical interventions.
Al-Sanad explained that the injuries ranged from chest, head and abdominal wounds, in addition to fractures and various other injuries, affirming that all patients are receiving precise medical care and continuous follow-up in line with approved treatment protocols.
The ministry reaffirmed the continued readiness of emergency and intensive care units, as well as ongoing coordination among various health sectors. (end)
