'Most Wanted' Murder Suspect Killed During Operation In Peshawar
Police in the limits of Phandu Police Station, Peshawar, killed a highly wanted contract killer, Mir Aslam alias Mero, during a successful operation and exchange of fire.
According to police, the suspect was wanted in seven serious cases, including murder, robbery, dacoity, and other major crimes.
He was wanted by multiple police stations, including Phandu, Gulbahar, Chamkani, Daudzai, Khazana, and Faqirabad.
Mir Aslam alias Mero was a professional hired assassin and had been involved in numerous murder incidents. He had long been wanted by police in several contract killing cases.

Police stated that during the operation to arrest him, the suspect opened fire on the police. He was killed in the ensuing exchange of fire. A search and clearance operation was also conducted in the area following the incident.
On the directives of the CCPO Peshawar, police operations against criminal elements are ongoing, and further steps are being taken to maintain law and order in the city.
