King Receives Egypt Armed Forces Chief Of Staff

Amman, February 4 (Petra) His Majesty King Abdullah II met with the Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Ahmed Khalifa on Wednesday, according to a royal court statement.
The meeting, held at Al Husseiniya Palace and attended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, covered the deep-rooted ties and longstanding friendship between Jordan and Egypt, ways to enhance cooperation in military and defense fields, and the latest regional developments.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti attended the meeting.
