Sri Lanka's former Foreign Minister Ali Sabry thanked India for its rapid support as Cyclone Ditwah leaves a massive trail of destruction. He said the worst of the cyclone may be over, but its aftermath remains severe, with rising river levels threatening Colombo, Gampaha and western regions.
