Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Approves Dh4-Billion Housing Package For 3,310 Citizens
On the occasion of the UAE's 54th National Day, a new housing package in Abu Dhabi worth Dh4 billion was approved in Abu Dhabi to benefit 3,310 UAE citizens across various regions in the Capital.
This is the thrid housing benefits package in the emirate this year and it takes the total value of housing benefits disbursed to Abu Dhabi citizens in 2025 to Dh15.384 billion, benefiting 10,718 citizens.

The disbursement of the benefits was approved by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council under the directives of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
What does the package include?The newly approved package includes housing loans worth Dh2.27 billion, benefiting 1,768 citizens, along with the provision of housing grants and ready-built homes valued at Dh1.51 billion.
"It also includes loan repayment exemptions for limited-income senior citizens, retirees and families of the deceased as well as housing loan reductions for citizens under the Emirati Family Growth programme, worth Dh208 million, benefiting 204 citizens," the Abu Dhabi media office said.
