Jordanian, Bahraini Chiefs Of Staff Attend 'Suqur Al Hawashim 6' Night Exercise

Amman, November 11 (Petra) – Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Major General Yousef Hunaiti, and the Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force, Lieutenant General Dhiyab Nuaimi, Tuesday observed the night tactical exercise "Suqur Al Hawashim/6," held as part of the graduation activities of the Advanced Tactical Aviation Course/14 at King Abdullah II Air Base.
In the presence of the Assistant for Operations and Training and the Commander of the Royal Jordanian Air Force, the two commanders were briefed on the objectives of the exercise.
The exercise aims to enhance the training and operational efficiency of pilots and air transport personnel.
The exercise focused on qualifying participants to conduct both day and night missions, strengthening their capabilities in joint operations and emergency response, including combat search and rescue to boost coordination and integration between the Royal Jordanian Air Force and other formations.
Conducted by units from King Abdullah II Air Base, the exercise featured the participation of the King Abdullah II Royal Special Forces, the His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Rapid Intervention Brigade and the Royal Air Force Local Ground Defence Group.
The exercise included air assault operations, air raids, fast-rope insertions, urban assault drills, isolation of high-value targets and air support missions.
Participants demonstrated a high level of competence and professionalism throughout all stages of the exercise.
At the conclusion of the event attended by a number of senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army certificates were presented to the course graduates.
