According to media, all aircraft departures and arrivals will cease between 1:05 p.m. and 1:40 p.m. local time—a 35-minute window designed to eliminate aerial noise interference while students complete the listening comprehension component of the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT).

Transportation officials revealed approximately 140 scheduled flights will undergo advance timing adjustments to accommodate the grounding order. Aircraft already airborne during the test period must cruise at minimum altitudes of 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) following air traffic control protocols.
