Ukrainian Drones Strike 77,000 Russian Targets In October Cinc Syrskyi
“Prioritized expansion of drone system units is delivering concrete results - the number of destroyed enemy assets is growing. In October alone, our aerial drone systems struck 77,000 enemy targets. FPV drones and heavy bombers demonstrated the best combat performance,” Syrskyi noted.
He added that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively increasing the use of ground robotic systems, which are becoming an integral part of modern technological warfare. In October, they delivered nearly 300,000 kilograms of supplies to units and carried out casualty evacuation, mining operations, and combat missions.
The Commander-in-Chief also emphasized that the enemy is trying to replicate Ukraine's experience by creating drone regiments and interceptor drones, so the Ukrainian military must continually evolve to maintain a technological advantage.
“We are improving the effectiveness of our EW systems against enemy UAVs. We are working on both the quality and quantity of stations. In October, twice as many short-range EW systems were delivered to the front compared to September,” he added.
