Searches Being Conducted At Energoatom Office
"Energoatom informs that on November 10, investigative actions are being conducted at the company's office by representatives of the NABU and the SAPO. Energoatom is fully cooperating with the investigators, providing all requested materials and facilitating an objective and transparent investigation," the statement reads.
The statement emphasized that the company is not obstructing procedural actions and is interested in a thorough clarification of all circumstances.

The main activity of the criminal organization was the systematic receipt of illegal benefits from Energoatom's contractors amounting to 10-15% of contract values.
According to a law enforcement source cited by Ukrinform, NABU conducted searches at the home of businessman and Kvartal 95 Studio co-owner Tymur Mindich, as well as at the office of Minister of Justice German Galushchenko, who previously served as minister of energy.
