Russian Forces Strengthening Logistics Near Mariupol City Council
"The Russian occupation authorities continue to develop logistics infrastructure around Mariupol. In the area of the village of Kalynivka, near the city, construction has begun on a dual-purpose bridge," the statement reads.

This facility will become part of a bypass road along the Novoazovsk–Crimea highway, allowing traffic to avoid Mariupol. The plan also includes a new shortened Mariupol–Taganrog railway branch passing through the Boikivske and Novoazovsk districts.
The City Council recalled that in June of this year, the leader of the so-called DPR, Denis Pushilin, declared that turning Mariupol into a logistics hub was the main goal of the occupation administration.
