Zaporizhzhia Must Prepare For Even Harsher Blackouts, Regional Chief Says
“The situation with the power schedules is quite difficult. Residents complain that the schedules are very strict - some homes have no electricity for 14–16 hours. People also complain that the schedules keep changing, but we must prepare for an even worse situation,” Fedorov said.
He clarified that the region is preparing for the possibility that everything will have to operate on autonomous generators.
According to Fedorov, in order to slightly ease the outage schedules in certain groups, authorities are considering disconnecting even more administrative buildings and switching them to generators.
