Aramex Names Amadou Diallo as Group Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth


(MENAFN- Edelman) Dubai, UAE – 10 November 2025: Aramex (DFM: ARMX), a leading global provider of logistics and transportation solutions, today announced the Board-approved appointment of Amadou Diallo as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective 01 May 2026.

Amadou brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience in the logistics industry, with a strong record of building high-performing teams and leading transformation across freight, express, and supply chain operations. Most recently, he served as CEO for the Middle East & Africa at DHL Global Forwarding.

Over the course of his career, he has held a range of senior leadership roles - including CEO, CFO, and COO positions - across major business units spanning Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. His extensive operational expertise and strategic mindset are matched by a leadership style rooted in collaboration, performance, and innovation.

Leadership Continuity During Transition

Until Amadou formally assumes the role, Nicolas Sibuet will continue as Acting Group CEO, leading the company through the close of the 2025 financial year and into 2026. Nicolas has provided strong, steady leadership during a period of transformation and will remain focused on execution and delivery throughout the transition.
