Kuwait's Al-Tadamon Club Wins Six Bronze Medals At Albania Open Taekwondo Championship

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Oct 5 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Al-Tadamon Sports Club secured six bronze medals at the 2025 Albania Open Taekwondo Championship, concluded Sunday in the capital Tirana, with wide international participation.
Head of the Kuwaiti delegation and board member of Al-Tadamon Club, Mishari Al-Hamad, told KUNA that all medals were achieved in the youth category, praising the athletes' performance amid strong competition.
He noted that the medals were earned by Mohammad Al-Mutairi (under 45kg), Mohammed Al-Kaami (under 48kg), Waleed Al-Mutairi (under 51kg), Philopateer Edward (under 65kg), Mohammad Al-Hamour (under 78kg), and Faisal Al-Mekaimi (over 78kg).
Al-Hamad commended the technical staff for their role in preparing the players, and expressed appreciation to the Public Authority for Sport for its continued support. (end)
