Key findings:

• Cardiff is the UK's most tired city , with 12.8% of its population searching for sleep help - followed by Belfast (6.6%), Glasgow (5.7%), Bristol (5.6%), and Leeds (4.9%).

• Sleep support is surging , with a 900% year-on-year increase in searches for“can't sleep too hot” and“why does hot weather make me tired.”

• Yorkshire leads on muscle health , with creatine and recovery supplements spiking by 900%.

• Wales and the West Midlands are gut health hotspots , driven by interest in digestive enzymes, probiotics and microbiome health.
