Many of those he supported have gone on to build successful careers, start families, and contribute meaningfully to the American workforce and civic life.

In 1977, Mr. Rasih began his distinguished service as an accredited court interpreter for the Lao, Vietnamese, and Thai languages with the San Diego Superior Court. Over time, he became widely respected as both a language and culture expert. Affectionately referring to himself as "a polyglot," Mr. Rasih has used his multilingual skills to bridge gaps and foster understanding across communities.
