
Ministry Of Municipality To Auction 288 Decommissioned Government Vehicles, Equipment
Doha: The Ministry of Municipality in Qatar has announced a public auction of 288 decommissioned government vehicles and equipment, starting June 16, 2025.
The auction will be held at Al-Wakrah Municipality Theater, and will span from Monday, June 16, till Thursday, June 19, 2025, starting each day at 3:30pm and continuing till all items are sold or the quantity runs out.
The conditions to participate in the public auction are as follows:
Participants must obtain an auction participation card at Al-Wakrah Municipality Theater at the time of the auction. If a participant wins the auction, they must pay 20% of the sale value as a deposit via electronic payment (Credit card) and pay the remaining amount within two working days from the sale date. Each vehicle is sold individually at the auction, as per its condition at the inspection yard. The inspection is considered binding and removes any claims of ignorance about the vehicle's condition.The rest of the conditions will be detailed in a later announcement to be published on June 12, 2025.
The inspection of the vehicles will be held at the vehicle collection yard (Scrap Al-Mashaf ), Ministry of Municipality, Wadi Aba Saleel area, and will run all days of the auction, starting from 8am till 11am.
