Kilwein PhD, ABPP, CMPC , one of the subject-matter experts featured in their soon-to-be-released panel series. The panel series will support #WeRideTogether's upcoming four-part PSA series highlighting the experiences of victims of sexual abuse.

Dr. Kilwein's article, "A Day with #WeRideTogether ," chronicles their time with their fellow panelists, Olympic swimmer Margaret Hoelzer and clinical & sport psychologist Dr. Tyler Miles . Dr. Kilwein specifically spoke about the "perfect victim" trope, how abuse impacts victims for a lifetime, and the dangers of not implementing safeguards in sport.

Abuse in sport is widespread – with over 50% of athletes experiencing some form of abuse or misconduct in sport, and 13 to 15 years old being the average age of the first incidence of abuse. #WeRideTogether is dedicated to evidence-based, professional, educational, ethical, compassionate services which create the radical change needed to make sports safer and healthier for all members of athletic communities.
