Qatar Media Center Concludes Workshop On Social Media Content Creation

Doha: The Qatar Media Center (QMC), affiliated with the Ministry of Culture (MOC), concluded on Tuesday a workshop on social media content creation, organized over two days for participants aged 16 and above.

The workshop aimed to enhance participants' skills in creating engaging digital content that aligns with the requirements of the digital age.

It covered several key areas, including strategies for handling social media platform algorithms, increasing engagement with published content, and the fundamentals of design, photography, and editing to produce high-quality visual content.

The workshop emphasized the importance of understanding the target audience and crafting impactful media messages that meet the viewers' needs.

Amal Abdulmalik, a media professional and trainer, stated that digital content creation is no longer just a hobby but has become an essential skill in the current era.

She noted that the workshop aimed to empower participants to transform their ideas into creative content that achieves the desired engagement and leaves a positive impact on the audience.

QMC's Director Iman Al Kaabi explained that the workshop sought to enhance the skills of young people and enable them to engage in the digital media job market.

She affirmed the Center's commitment to supporting young people in shaping the future of media, noting that this workshop is a step in a long journey to prepare a generation of influential content creators who will contribute to promoting Qatar's media message both locally and internationally.
