John Eustace designates Derby County head coach

(MENAFN) On Thursday, English Championship Club Derby County approved the designation of John Eustace as the recent head coach.

Club manager David Clowes mentioned after the signing ceremony, "I'm excited to welcome John back to Derby County. Fans will remember him for his craft, commitment and intelligence. He was a real leader."

"He helped both Queens Park Rangers and Birmingham City avoid relegation, before taking Birmingham to sixth place prior to his departure. He has repeated that achievement at Blackburn Rovers, leaving behind a team in the play-off places."

John inked the contract up until the summer of 2028, then his tasks began right away.

The 45-year-old will be backed by Matt Gardiner as assistant head coach as well as Keith Downing as the Get-go Team coach, creating his coaching team.
