KABUL (Pajhwok): UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says a bold and decisive action is required against climate change.
On his X, Guterres wrote:“So far this year, heatwaves have claimed hundreds of lives around the world.”
“We cannot accept a future where the rich are protected in air-conditioned bubbles, while the rest of humanity is lashed by lethal weather.”
He added:“We need bold & decisive #ClimateAction. Now.”
