Ukraine Currently Imports 31.9 Thousand Mwh Of Electricity From Five European Countries


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) As of June 14, the planned volume of electricity imports to Ukraine is 31.9 thousand MWh, and no exports will be carried out.

This was reported by NPC Ukrenergo on its Facebook page, Ukrinform reports.

"Imports: during the day from Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Moldova. The total volume is 31,904 MWh, with a maximum capacity of up to 1,689 MW in some hours. Exports: not carried out and not expected," the statement said.

It is noted that on Friday night, during an air raid, a high-voltage line in the eastern region was turned off under the protection of the air defense. The reasons are being investigated.

As reported earlier, on Friday, June 14, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., regional power distribution companies will apply hourly power outage schedules in all regions of Ukraine.
