Putin informs African leaders of "unipolarity", calls for multipolarity
(MENAFN) Russian Leader, Vladimir Putin, on Friday informed African presidents that "unipolarity" of nowadays world no longer functions, asking for multipolarity - various centers of authority – all over the world.
Since the termination of the Soviet Union, geopolitical specialists have discussed a "unipolar" global conquered by United States economic and army force. This status quo has changed with the growth of China, which has established an increasing alliance of associates, making many "poles" of force together with the United States, China, Europe, Latin America as well as South Asia.
Mr. Putin was addressing the increasing force of Brazil, India as well as China, which together with Russia as well as South Africa, the so-named Brics assembly, comprise nearly 30 per cent of international GDP.
