Low-Quality Fuel Returned To Kyrgyzstan From Balkh Port


(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): The National Standards Authority has returned 342 tons of low-quality fuel imported from Kyrgyzstan from Hairatan port in northern Balkh province.

NSA head at the port, Maulvi Yahya Luqman, said they denied entry to vehicles importing 342 tons fuel from Kyrgyzstan via Uzbekistan because inferior quality.

Last week, the NSA returned 19 tons of low-quality gas imported from Uzbekistan from Hairanta port in Balkh.

NSA information, around 1,000 tons of crude petroleum products were denied entry last year.
