(MENAFN) During the first day of the 30th Executive Board meeting of the Asian Paralympic Committee (APC), President Majid Rashed delivered a speech in Tehran, expressing his gratitude to Iran and specifically Ghafoor Karegari, the head of the National Paralympic Committee (NPC), for hosting the event and extending a warm welcome. He credited the athletes as the main source of this positive energy, which constantly inspires and motivates the Paralympic community. Rashed also recognized Iran as one of the most developed National Paralympic Committees (NPCs) in the region, serving as a nurturing ground for numerous elite Para-athletes and World Champions.
