(MENAFN- Gulf Times) France Friday awarded the National Order of the Legion of Honour (its highest national decoration) to HE the Minister of State for International Co-operation Lolwah bint Rashid AlKhater. French Minister of State for Development, Francophonie and International Partnerships Chrysoula Zacharopoulou presented the medal to HE AlKhater, who is currently visiting France.
