(MENAFN- B2Press) The Istanbul Chamber of Commerce participated in SIAL Canada, which was held in Toronto between May 9-11, 2023. Mars Air & Sea Cargo transported the companies from Turkey participating in SIAL Canada, seen as the gateway to the Canadian market. TURKEY - Held annually since 2001, SIAL Canada holds a firm place as one of the most famous food fairs in international exhibitions. The fair, where retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and dealers in the food sector gather, is seen as a significant platform for the food industry.
Namik Keleş, Director of Mars Fair and Event Logistics said, "Over 20,000 visitors attended SIAL Canada, the meeting point of the industry with over 1,000 participants from all over the world." Keleş, stating that national participation was realized, mentioned that 20 of the 25 companies from Turkey participating in the fair were transported by Mars Air and Sea Cargo.
SIAL Canada showcased kitchen accessories and uniforms, beverages, cooking equipment, packaging, hygiene and care, new technologies, food, delicatessen foods, drinks, dairy products, confectionery, fruit, frozen products, and temperature-controlled materials.
The Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, which participated nationally in the fair, trusted Mars Air and Sea Cargo for all logistics services. Keleş said, "In addition to transporting the products to be exhibited at the fair from Turkey to Canada, we also provided storage, handling, document preparation and controls, field services, domestic customs, foreign customs, and booth delivery services," explaining that they offer turnkey services in fair transports as Mars Air and Sea Cargo.
