(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Qatar will be affected by strong wind Saturday, the Meteorology Department said. While the inshore warning adds dusty conditions and poor horizontal visibility, the offshore warning adds high sea.
The Met Department also said the weather inshore Friday until 6am on Saturday will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with chance of scattered rain becomes dusty by late night, warning of strong wind and poor horizontal visibility at places by late Friday night.
On Saturday, Northwesterly winds are expected in the 20kt to 30kt range, both inshore and offshore, and could gust to 40kt at times. The temperature Saturday will be in the 17C-27C range. The Met office had earlier forecast fresh to strong wind until the middle of the next week. On Friday, the temperature was in the 15C-32C range, with cloudy sky.
