Offshore, it will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy later, the report added.
Wind inshore will be mainly Southwesterly-Northwesterly 4-14 KT at first, shifts to Northeasterly - Southeasterly later.
Offshore, it will be Northwesterly - Northeasterly 5 - 15 KT shifts to Southeasterly later.
Visibility will be 4 to 10 kilometres or less at places later.
