Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani today issued Amiri Order No. (5) of 2023 appointing HE Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Khulaifi as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
The Amiri order stipulated that it be implemented from the date of its issuance, and that it be published in the Official Gazette.
