Amman, March 21 (Petra) - Saudi Arabia Tuesday announced that Thursday will mark the start of Ramadan.
The Saudi Television reported, 'The sighting of the crescent of Ramadan has not been proven at the Tamir Observatory, and therefore tomorrow will be the Wednesday that completes the month of Sha'ban, and Thursday is the first day of the blessed month of Ramadan.'
